Alvechurch Almshouses, otherwise known as Lewkner Cottages, provide independent living for people who are in financial need, over the age of sixty and who have lived in the Parish of Alvechurch for at least twelve months.

Our properties are located in a setting where residents can relax and enjoy the lovely views of the countryside.

The original Almshouses were erected in 1588. Over the years they have been rebuilt, most recently in 1980.
